Refund policy
All Crown of Thorns pieces are made to order. Because each item is crafted specifically for you, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.
Exchanges (Sizing Issues Only) We want you to love what you wear. If you receive an item with a sizing issue, we're happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
To start an exchange, please reach out to us through our contact page with your order number, the sizing issue you experienced, and if possible pictures showing the issue to help our team understand and correct it for the exchange.
Final Sale All sales are otherwise final. We do not offer refunds, store credit, or size-based returns outside of the exchange window (1 week from the day of receiving your order).
